Hey everyone!
This week was pretty great. We have been super busy and we taught a ton of lessons. So a successful week for us! We also had some cool weather as well.
Casper has been great. Please say a prayer or two for Michael, Sarah, and Nicole!
I'll include some pictures, including a whole bunch of pictures of the sky. Casper has some beautiful skies.
Hope your week has been great! Love you all.

PS. Ethan is still doing well in Casper. Dinner appointments have been a bit hit and miss but they have been getting good food. He has been training and is having a hard time letting his greenie struggle. Ethan said his goal this week is to let his companion lead more so he can get experience. Training is usually for 2 transfers and then the greenie should be ready to train another missionary. If the greenie still needs help, Ethan said it is the responsibility of all the other missionaries to help him along. But Ethan has found it hard to not jump in and help his greenie when he struggles. So that is what they are working on.
The elders in Ethan's district like to play volleyball, I knew that, but I didn't realize that they play with a group of moms from the stake. Ethan said it's a bit weird but the other elders love it. I told him maybe they are all missing their moms and feel a connection by playing volleyball with stake moms. He laughed and said he talks to us, has pictures of us, and gets tons of emails, so he doesn't need a mom in Casper to make him feel loved. That made me feel nice.
There is an elder who just got to the Fort Collins mission who is from our stake. Ethan played flag football with him when they were little. The elder was assigned to Casper and Ethan got to see him when he first got there. They aren't in the same district but they are in the same zone. Ethan forgot to take a selfie of them but they did see each other. Ethan doesn't remember him but it's fun to have a connection.
Ethan's next interview with his mission president is on October 9th, the day of the groundbreaking of the Casper temple. The time is "subject to change" so Ethan thinks his mission president will be invited to the groundbreaking. He would love to also be invited but Ethan doesn't think they will invite them all. He is excited that the people will be getting a temple.
There's not much else to report. It's getting cold in Casper but it's supposed to be in the 80s for the rest of the week. They have weird weather.
