Hey Everyone! I'm still doing good. We are keeping really busy right now with 3 wards. If you could all pray for the missionary work here in Casper, I'd really appreciate it.  I want to share a quick scripture with you all. 2 Nephi 32 verses 8 and 9, in the Book of Mormon. The prophet Nephi says, " 8 And now, my beloved brethren, I perceive that ye ponder still in your hearts; and it grieveth me that I must speak concerning this thing. For if ye would hearken unto the Spirit which teacheth a man to pray, ye would know that ye must pray; for the evil spirit teacheth not a man to pray, but teacheth him that he must not pray. 9 But behold, I say unto you that ye must pray always, and not faint; that ye must not perform anything unto the Lord save in the first place ye shall pray unto the Father in the name of Christ, that he will consecrate thy performance unto thee, that thy performance may be for the welfare of thy soul." Hey everyone! I don't have much time but I'm doing good. I'm gonna be in a trio, covering 3 wards for the next few weeks, so that's exciting. Other than that, things are good. He said there are some caves somewhere on Casper Mountain.  He is in a district full of elders so there aren't any sisters to make sure they don't do anything dumb. 😉 Ethan promised that he wouldn't do anything stupid and that he would try to make sure his district stayed safe.  It seems like they all made it through okay, although Ethan didn't send pictures of the cave so they may not have found it.  It looks like they had a fun hike though. H ey everyone!  Hope your week has been going good. Things have been good here. Nothing really notable but it's been a good week nevertheless. I figured I should share a quick scripture with you all because otherwise, this email would be too short haha. Mosiah 14:5, in the Book of Mormon, is my favorite scripture. The prophet Nephi is quoting Isaiah when he says, "But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed." That verse is talking about Jesus Christ and his atonement. Because of what Christ willingly went through (his stripes), we can be healed of our problems and sins. Hey everyone! Hope your week has been good. Mine has been a bit stressful but good anyway. It's just how it be sometimes. I got a new companion, Elder Elkins. He's pretty cool. He's from Hurricane, Utah, so pretty close to St. George. Pday was fun today. We played a lot of sports and board games.  Sorry for the short email. But I'm alive and doing well in Casper! Hey everyone!  This week has been great. David was baptized last Saturday and he is doing great! We took a couple pictures but they're pretty bad haha. In other news, I'm going to be staying here for another transfer and I'll be training again. So I think this transfer is going to be pretty good.
